Your rental deposit will be automatically deducted at checkout. There is a deposit of €50 for this costume. You will receive this deposit back when this costume is returned to us.

General Rental Conditions Online

1. 1. A photocopy of your identity card is required. This must also correspond to the order.
2. Your order will always be shipped with Bpost including Track & Trace unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Shipped orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.
4. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before shipment of the order.
5. A rental deposit is always charged. You will only receive this back after your order has been returned to us.
6. Returns are always at the customer's risk. Return label is included in the original box, if you lose it, you will need to provide your own shipping label.
7. If your order is damaged or extremely dirty, costs will be charged. Depending on the size, this will be deducted from your deposit and in extreme cases you may receive an additional invoice for this.
8. The costumes must be returned to us within 7 days of the day of delivery.
9. To rent a costume, you must provide the correct measurements, at your own risk. If the measurements you provide are not correct, the costume may not fit, for which we cannot be held responsible.
