General sales-agreements

1. When purchasing in the store, reimbursement is possible via a gift voucher upon presentation of the receipt, provided that all items are present and there is no damage to the original packaging. 
2. After a purchase in the webshop, you have 14 days to return it for valid reasons. You can contact us so that we can look for a solution together.  We can only refund this if an item has not been used and is in the original packaging. This does not apply to grime & weapons. Shipping costs are always at the customer's expense.
3. After ordering, it will be shipped the same day if ordered before 3 p.m.
4. Returns are always at the customer's expense. Returning grime or weapons is NOT allowed!
   An order will only be shipped after payment.

General Rental Conditions

1. If you do not have a valid ID, you can always be refused
2. The rental price applies for a period of 1 working day. During the weekend, pick up on Friday or Saturday & return Monday applies (this does not apply to seasonal rentals). This also counts as 1 rental day.
3. Placing an order obligates the customer to purchase.
4. Reserved items cannot be exchanged free of charge.
5. We always ask for a deposit when booking.
6. The rental price includes cleaning costs and VAT. Costumes may be returned unwashed. For heavily soiled or damaged clothing, a supplement will be charged in proportion to the severity of the stains or damage.
7. Loss or irreparable damage will be fully reimbursed by the tenant.
8. The renter is fully liable for loss or damage during the entire rental period (i.e. until the time of return of the rented goods).
9. Our goods must be treated with care and respect and returned in the condition in which they were received.
10. It is not permitted to re-rent the rented equipment.
11. In the event of cancellation, the landlord remains free to charge compensation for the work performed with a minimum of 30 to 50% of the rental price.
12. Late return of the rented equipment will be considered an extension of the rental period and will be charged accordingly.
13. The goods always travel at the expense and risk of the renter.
14. You are obliged to pay the deposit when collecting the clothing. If you do not want to pay this, you will receive nothing.
15. All our invoices are payable in cash in Borsbeek, unless a payment deferral is expressly permitted in writing.
16. In the event of non-payment on the set date, the bill will be increased by 15% (minimum 25 euros) as a penalty, without prejudice to late payment interest and/or legal costs.
17. If you have picked up your costume and you cannot go to the party for certain reasons, we will not refund your money or give you a voucher. A costume that has been collected is considered rented.
    In the event of a dispute, only the court in Antwerp has jurisdiction.
18. When collecting or delivering the costumes, a copy of the tenant's identity card is taken (the card can also be read).
19. Unless otherwise described above, the provisions of the Civil Code and other rules apply. the rental agreement has been arranged.

General Rental Conditions Online

1. A photocopy of your identity card is required. This must also correspond to the order.
2. Your order will always be shipped with Bpost including Track & Trace unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Shipped orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.
4. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before shipment of the order.
5. A rental deposit is always charged. You will only receive this back after your order has been returned to us.
6. Returns are always at the customer's risk. Return label is included in the original box, if you lose it, you will need to provide your own shipping label.
7. If your order is damaged or extremely dirty, costs will be charged. Depending on the size, this will be deducted from your deposit and in extreme cases you may receive an additional invoice for this.
8. The costumes must be returned to us within 7 days of the day of delivery.
9. To rent a costume, you must provide the correct measurements, at your own risk. If the measurements you provide are not correct, the costume may not fit, for which we cannot be held responsible.
